Alonix comes with five game modes that revolve around the same controls but pitch different objectives. The first, Easy Walk, takes you into the Pac-Man zone because instead of pellets you have to collect amethysts inside a maze while enemies chase you. The others, Brick Platform, Crazy Trek, Deep Space, and Impossible, require you to convert bricks, reconstruct stuff, place crystals, and overcome various obstacles. Alonix offers a good deal of variety as far as casual arcade games go, and that’s a nice advantage to it.
