Battle Isle: The Andosia War Description:
is the fifth installment in the Battle Isle series of futuristic combat strategy games.
Battle Isle: The Andosia War is an entirely new kind of conflict simulation, combining elements of real-time and turn-based strategy in an action-packed mixture. The Andosia War opens up gaming possibilities of a new dimension of complexity without falling into a click-fest so prevalent in pure real-time games. On the border between exciting real-time maneuvers and the demands of strategic planning, Battle Isle allows time for cool planning, quick reactions, discovery of stunning landscapes, and pursuit of mission goals.
Powered by a revolutionary new engine, the game is presented completely in 3D with an unprecedented richness of detail. For the first time it will be possible to see the planet Chromos with its beautiful landscapes and dazzling colors, while extremely realistic scenarios make even cycles of day and night, weather conditions, and the tides become important factors in the strategic decision making process.
In this scenario of The Andosia War, you need to set up base using old fortifications, before moving the bulk of your forces over to the Battle Isle to engage in combat with the enemy. You must carve paths along a heavily guarded roadway, so your surviving forces can arrive safely at the enemy's encampment. From there, you need to knock out a radar installation, and then use stealth to mass your forces before destroying the main arsenal of the enemy.
