The object of the game is is to force your competitors into bankruptcy by cleverly buying and then expanding shops. As you move your player across the board you may land on a business or an action square. If the business is for sale you can buy it, but if a competitor already owns it you must pay him cash. If you land on an action square you may have to answer a trivia question, or if you land on a casino square you can play a round of blackjack and win or lose up to $3,000. The game also features a catastrophe function, which unleashes catastrophes for particular business chains at unpredictable intervals.
