X-Plane HSR v5 Description:
is an amazingly realistic civilian flight simulator.
X-Plane is the first flight simulator to use 3-D terrain elevation maps of the entire country, which provides a truly 3-D scenery rendering. It also features superior flight-modeling, artificially-intelligent air traffic control, dynamic haze-modeling, variable visibility, rain, clouds, wind, wind-shear, visible lightning, fractal-generated thunderstorms with audible thunder, turbulence, snow, thermals, and more.
The airplane is flown with the joystick, while the mouse is used to set the throttle, landing gear, radio frequencies, flaps, and other stuff. You never have to touch the keyboard for the entire flight.
X-Plane HSR (for High-Speed Rendering) , also supports dynamic speech synthesis, which allows verbal air traffic control communications.
Note: If you would like air traffic control to talk to you verbally, then you must equip your machine with speech synthesis technology. You can download speech technology from the author's Web site.
