Fallout 3 Mod - EBAR Prototype Suit - This is a mod for Fallout 3The E.B.A.R. Prototype Suit was a special project initiated by Dr. Frederick Jenkins shortly before the nuclear Holocaust. Originally part of the Troll Technology project, Dr. Jenkins and his team of nuclear physicists incorporated this technology that allowed radiation to be converted and cleaned by microprocessors and a special nuclear double helix atom which resulted in clean human blood. Not only did this technology clean the blood of all radiation, but this same radiation can be used to fuel extreme muscle and tissue regeneration. This technology incorporated with a lightweight suit created the first ever Environmental Bloodflow Anti-Radiation (E.B.A.R.) prototype. Several of these suits were created shortly before the nuclear fallout and it remains unclear exactly how many however we do know of several suits residing in the following locations... Wheaton Armory - Basement locked behind massive security measures.
