Your task, regardless of the hero you choose is to find the lich and using your set of skills, destroy him and his minions. You get to choose from a rather large number of classes such as barbarian, warrior, healer, wanderer, merchant, wizard, joker and others, each one with their unique set of skills and potential. As you fight the trolls, rats and everything else that stalks you in the maze, you get experience and level up, you can equip the items of the foes you slay and much more.
