From the Sky is a part puzzle game and part match-3 game in which you have to clear the board of tiles and perform a few other actions at the same time. Hence, it’s not enough to match same-colored tiles anymore, since you also have to use this in order to move the hero around and accomplish various objectives. More mechanics are added as you go along, and the whole thing gets pretty tricky after a certain point. The story is not very intriguing, especially since it’s clear that not much effort went into it. In short, you play the role of a hero trying to bring light to a dark world by lighting powerful lamps every now and again. These lamps have to be unlocked first, on the other hand, which is where the difficult part begins. There are some static cutscenes to explain this, but they are nothing too special either.
