However, there have been interesting cases over the years. Azurea Juncture is an interactive visual novel about a girl who survives a plane crash and wakes up in a strange place. It’s not the most compelling story out there, but the artwork is pretty nice, and it makes you a little curious over the course of the plot. Granted, the dialog is not brilliant most of the time and it’s actually way too long sometimes, but this is merely an early demo at this point. You play the role of the girl who wakes up after the plane crash, and her name is Effie. As it happens, another girl greeters her and asks her a few basic questions to see whether everything is alright, but it turns out that the girl in question is actually some sort of sentient houseplant. Not only that, but she also has the power to heal people and get them back on their feet.
