However, things had nowhere to go but downward and this second title somehow manages to lower the bar in some aspects, especially when it comes to length and plot. To start things off, the story revolves around an Island in the French Guyana, called Ile Royale, which is invaded by a group of mercenaries and a ruthless dictator by the name of General Mendoza. In addition, the island is home to some sort of nuclear reactor, which is the primary target of the general, since he attempts to steal it and use it to create a powerful weapon of mass destruction. To take care of the problem, a team of highly-trained French Foreign Legion soldiers is sent to the island, including the main character played by you.
