Due to lack of evidence the main character is released from prison and is approached by Mia Townsend who tries to help him take revenge on the one who sabotaged his car: Clarence "Razor" Callahan. A list with the top 15 illegal race drivers in town is presented and players will have to beat them one by one until they make the top of the list and get a chance to race against Razor.
