However, this game is meant to be an arcade style racing title and looked at from that perspective, the way it looks isn’t all that bad. The game gets considerably better once you play it. Not only are the controls super tight and require a lot of skill to master, but GeneRally also features some pretty nice crash physics. Not only does your car slow down when you hit a tree or run on grass, but cars also take damage. Bump it enough on walls and other stuff and it will stop working at its full potential.
