is a real-time strategy game in which you must save Neo-Earth from the mad dictator Maximillian Von Harmer.Maximillian Von Harmer is the mad dictator of the Neo-Earth Industrial Regime (N.E.I.R.) and chief war priest to Aegis, his own blood-stained god of war. He is a hell-bent on the acquisition of ultimate power; his goal the conquest of all that is Neo-Earth. His "Harmtrooper" legions scour the last remaining verdant pockets of Neo-Earth for rebel insurgents who would derail their leader's diabolical plans, enslaving, indoctrinating, or killing anyone not of N.E.I.R. allegiance. Towns and villages in the outlying wilderness, weakened by the N.E.I.R.'s grasp on all forms of commerce, are turned over to Von Harmer's control.
You begin life as a soldier, a rebel freedom fighter in a small nomadic village. From here you create a team of rebels like you, equip them, and begin the long journey to defeat Von Harmer. Only the bravest men and women will join in your cause against Von Harmer. Many answer out of love for your cause. Others are more interested in gold--their skills may not be questionable, but their loyalty is.
Information has been leaked to you about a small research facility the N.E.I.R. is using to build super-long range artillery. The N.E.I.R. has taken over most areas of the world, enslaving its people into its Doctrine of Mechanization. Only a band of true believers like yourself can stem this deadly tide, and reclaim those lands that were unjustly taken from their rightful owners. Their fate lies with you.
