SYSTOLE - A small robot's journey through a decaying world in search of answers about his existence

SYSTOLE, an indie game with a story to tell. It’s a 2.5D platformer with a great atmosphere, that just starting to surface. It’s still in early stages of development and there are some things to iron out here and there, but right now, from what we got to see, it’s coming along quite nicely. Like in a lot of cases, the protagonist wakes up in a strange place with no recollection about how he got there or who he is; or in this case, what it is. SYSTOLE is about a little robot who ventures off into a strange and inhospitable place of megalithic proportions. Although the story’s beginning isn’t all that original, what follows, in terms of ambiance, what you encounter and discover, sets SYSTOLE on its own path. The game could benefit from some visual polishing in terms of textures and fine-touches to some of the design elements but overall, it looks quite nice.
