The action takes place in a classic Soviet environment, which means that it should be able to create a neat atmosphere if you are familiar with the communist vibe and everything that the regime in question entails. Unfortunately, the writing is poor to say the least, because you have no idea what you should be doing, who the main character is and why is everything frozen around you. On top of that, the English translation is horrible, because there are entire lines that do not make any sense. This hurts the overall experience and makes it difficult to immerse yourself in the experience.
