Fear can be ignored if you need to save someone else, which is how every character in horror movies manages to resist all the terrors. Cursed is an adventure game with horror elements and regular hidden object mechanics, although it appears to be slightly more complex than most games in the genre. This is because the puzzles feature fewer explanations, but the truth is that they are just as simple if you have any experience with similar games. Even so, there’s plenty of fun to be had with Cursed if you have the right state of mind. The story is nothing out of the ordinary either, depending on how susceptible you are to plots that involve romance. Hence, the main character is on a mission to rescue her beloved fiance, although this mission takes her through a land full of monsters and other horrors. Not many plot twists await you, but then again the journey itself should be enough.
