As he makes his way through the massive traffic jam, he tries to lend a hand to people who need help, such as those that are on fire or they have a bad case of bleeding. Naturally, you play as Anthony and you must do everything in your power to help the survivors, as well as get rid of the zombies spawned by the biological weapon. Alternatively, the game also allows you to play as a bad guy, since nothing stops you from killing innocent people. You do, however, receive frowny faces whenever you engage in a less-than-civil activity, which affect your overall rating. The rating can be regained by turning good again and helping the ones in need.
