It’s like you’re a little pink Hercules that has to kill the balloon equivalent of the Lernaean Hydra. As the balloons get smaller and smaller, they are more difficult to pop because they bounce around at very small heights, making it easier for them to hit you. If they do so, you have to restart the level.
