Freehunter is a part flight simulator and part first-person shooter that puts you in the shoes of a bounty hunter that must earn a living. The story of the game is pretty sketchy. You are a bounty hunter at the helm of a jet fighter on an unknown planet. You have multiple waypoints on your radar, all representing missions. You must reach those positions and earn credits. The gameplay is diversified. Since you can control a jet fighter and engage in ground shoot-outs, there are separate controls for each mode. The most striking feature of the flight simulator is the fact you cannot control the jet fighter via mouse. It is pretty difficult to control it only with keyboard buttons. Nonetheless, the controls are sharp, and you will eventually get the hang of it.
