Each level features multiple waves of cars that need to be arranged, and they obviously start to move quicker later on. You have to use your mouse and drag them around the screen to the correct lane, which is guessed by looking at the number stamped on each car. Furthermore, there are multiple game modes to tackle along the way as well.
