There are no impressive gameplay mechanics at work and no revolutionary story to keep you engaged, so this is more of a time waster than a game you might remember for years to come. Even so, this wouldn’t be a problem if the action is worthwhile. Unfortunately, the at is not the case, because the shooting mechanics are awful, the level design is disorienting, and you never feel like you are making any progress. The mission is to kill all the aliens that stand in your way and try to learn more about their technology while you are at it. There are no cutscenes and no dialog, and the actual missions basically require you just to get near certain objects.
