immerses you in a world of horror unlike any you've ever experienced, and provides you with a more challenging game than Duke Nukem 3D or Quake. Brace yourself for a nightmarish battle against the bloodthirsty minions of an ancient, forgotten god bent on wiping humanity from the face of the earth. As a former member of the Cabal, you have a good idea of what you're up against, and the odds aren't in your favor.
Battle cultists, gargoyles, zombies, bone eels, rats, and an unholy host of other terrors in your quest to stop Tchernobog. But first, you'll have to make your way through fortresses, castles, mines, mansions, and estates guarded and kept by Tchernobog's malevolent servants. Fortunately, it is wits that make the hero, and you'll have to improvise some pretty effective tools of destruction. You've got a pitchfork, flamethrowers, flare gun, shotgun, Tommy gun, and dynamite at your disposal. Your journey will not be an easy one, but one thing is certain--blood will flow.
When you become a really good Blood player you can enter the "Bloodbath" for a multiplayer game of Blood (network, modem, serial gameplay). Other features include intelligent creatures, a wide variety of power-ups (life seeds, body armor, death mask, crystal ball, jump boots), 5 levels of difficulty, and much more. Blood supports keyboard, mouse, joystick, and GamePad. Blood was created using the Build engine, which was used in Duke Nukem 3D.
